£180 for 12 Weeks (£15/week)

includes: 2 sessions a week plus one additional class of your choosing, pedometer, dietary guidance and educative information, a community of people on the same journey and personal support from trainer, Jess. ​​

One of the most common things I hear as a trainer when I ask what people's goals are, is that they want to lose weight - and this not a bad thing! Our weight can effect our health in many ways, and it's important to keep ourselves at a healthy weight for our build, height and lifestyle. However, what people often want is a quick fix; a way to lose weight fast and see instant results. In my experience, the programmes that offer these things are not sustainable, very restrictive and often extremely unhealthy .


With this in mind, I have designed the Healthy Habits course to be more than just a weight loss programme. Instead, I want it to be an educational course where you get more than a calorie restriction and told to cut out chocolate! Healthy Habits is designed to help you lose weight with simple maths, (more out, less in) whilst building up more active and more beneficial exercise and dietary choices day-to-day. I am not offering a quick fix, but instead a whole rounded theory and exercise programme with great accountability and great community that will help you lose weight sustainably and without feeling restricted or hungry! 


The FIRST course dates are: 

Tuesdays @ 19:30 on: - 22/06, 28/06, 06/07, 13/07, 20/07, 27/07,  03/08,  10/08, 17/08, 24/08, 31/08, 07/09 2021

Thursdays @ 19:30 on: - 24/06, 01/07, 08/07, 15/07, 22/07, 29/07, 05/08, 12/08, 19/08, 26/08, 02/09, 09/09 2021

The deposit is £50 and must be paid by 15/05/2021 to confirm your place.

As the most expensive course I offer, I understand that upfront payment will not be possible for everyone but that does not mean I want you to miss out. Please see the following options:


One Single Upfront Payment = £180 (£50 Deposit included) 

Monthly Payment = £50 Deposit (15/05/2021) followed by 3 monthly payments of £ 32.50 (22/06, 22/07, 22/08)
